| 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful  sounds more like the second album., By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Hell Is What You Make It (Audio CD) i bought this because i am a fan of the group. it was pretty good but it just felt too much like the second album. although i am a fan, i still wish they would do some stuff like their first album again. all i can say is if you didnt like their first album and you like their second one better then youll love this album. if you didnt like the second one so much, then seriously consider how much you like the band before buying this album. also a few of the songs on this seemed to be on the verge of almost being dubstep. i can honestly seeing the next album (if there is one) having a dubstep song on it. all in all 4/5 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful Amazing, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Hell Is What You Make It (Audio CD) I have been a fan of Breathe Carolina since I first discovered a raw-sounding demo on myspace. They keep growing musically, this album is amazing. I wouldn't consider the album as a whole to be their best so far, but it grows on me every day. The majority of the songs are epic (for lack of a better word) and combine a multitude of musical talents that just works for them. Describing 'Wooly' I would say it's "hardcore-electro with a pop punk edge", you may think to yourself, how on earth could that work. Listen to it and you'll see, it BEYOND works for them. These guys are incredibly talented musicians and they combine these genres to a T. It's unbelievably great. It is one of my favorite CD's and it's absolutely wonderful. I love this CD and I love Breathe Carolina. I wasn't too crazy over Hello Fascination, but this one is a 100/100! Their best album, hands down. |
